Kelly Rose was raised between worlds. She grew up on this land with her parents and sister, living in an Airstream while running a ranch. At the same time, she moved through the city with her mother, working in fashion.
Augustine is deeply curious about people. He is drawn to the goofy, the eccentric, and the absurd, and pays close attention to how people move through the world.
Hospitality is where their lives meet. Kelly Rose learned it through family dinners that became a pilgrimage for friends and strangers alike. Augustine brings warmth that makes people feel seen. Together, they create spaces people return to.
That way of living shaped how they wanted this weekend to feel. Augustine, a writer and director, chose 16mm motion picture film. Grain, imperfection, fragments. A medium that doesn’t ask for polish.
The wedding carried the same values. The family barn held the reception. The wildflowers Kelly Rose’s father planted bloomed behind the ceremony. Elegance and earth shared the same space.
