Suri and Marco's wedding week was incredible. A lot of curve balls were thrown their way (no big deal, just a hurricane), but Suri and Marco pulled off one of my favorite celebrations to date, even with the crazy weather that showed up the week of their wedding. Honestly, I could go on and on about how amazing their day was, how well planned and thought out the great details were, but that isn't what strikes me as most important when I think about these two. What I think about when I remember Suri and Marco's wedding week is their caring and generous personalities. From the moment I arrived in Cancun, they were overwhelmingly hospitable. As they watched a hurricane speed towards Cancun, they didn't panic and knew that regardless of how things came together, they would get married and would celebrate their beautiful relationship. Seeing Suri and Marco's joy on their wedding day, a day that came two days later than planned because of the weather, filled me with gratefulness. Marriage is a good thing and the love that they emitted spoke strongly of that truth. Their wedding was south of Cancun at the Banyan Tree Mayakoba. It happened two days later than planned. They celebrated with a small group of their family, all of whom had traveled in from Mexico City or Germany. It was amazing and I am excited to share some of our favorite images from their wedding day.
